These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ggg88 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every clause set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account on ggg88. Providing false information about your age or identity is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. ggg88 reserves the right to request a government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time.
All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting and collusion — results in forfeiture of all associated funds.
Strictly forbidden: operating multiple accounts, using automated betting software, exploiting software errors, money laundering, and any form of fraud. Violations result in permanent account suspension and recovery of all associated funds.
ggg88 provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to all members. The platform strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and reserves the right to suspend any account where problem gambling indicators are identified.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. ggg88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all markets and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of every Account holder. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the source payment method where technically possible, and all winnings forfeited.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction in which accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ggg88 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use outside its target markets.
2.3 Capacity. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register Accounts. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.4 Exclusions. The following individuals are ineligible to register or maintain an Account: (a) employees, contractors, and agents of ggg88 or any of its affiliated entities; (b) individuals who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any partner platform; (c) individuals who have previously had an Account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming features on the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify ggg88 promptly of any changes.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or device identities — constitute a material breach of these Terms. ggg88 employs advanced identity-matching technology to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ggg88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ggg88 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. All Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. ggg88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, and at any point during ongoing account activity. 3.5 Enhanced Due Diligence. For Players with high account activity or withdrawal volumes above Rp 50.000.000 per calendar month, ggg88 may request additional documentation consistent with our anti-money-laundering obligations. This may include a source-of-funds declaration. Failure to provide requested documentation within the time frame specified will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality pending document review.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. ggg88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or regulatory factors. ggg88 will communicate any changes to supported payment methods via a notice on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set per Account tier and will be communicated to you within your Account dashboard. ggg88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are typically confirmed within 5 to 15 minutes. ggg88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during banking processing hours (08:00–21:00 WIB on banking days) are typically processed and credited to the destination account within five minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours, or where additional verification is required, may take up to two business hours from the commencement of the next processing window. ggg88 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
4.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Requirement. As a general condition, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect Players from unauthorized fund diversion. Exceptions may be granted by the compliance team in documented circumstances where the original payment method is no longer available.
4.6 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ggg88 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Currency conversion is not performed by the Platform.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ggg88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant Account balances, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits offered by ggg88 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagers placed on the following game categories may be weighted differently toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements: live casino games, sports betting markets with odds below 1.50, and certain jackpot slot titles. 5.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates via the Account dashboard.
5.4 Prohibited Bonus Activity. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension:
5.5 Bonus Withdrawal Sequence. When a withdrawal is requested, real-money funds will generally be processed before any bonus balance. The precise treatment of mixed real-money and bonus balances will be governed by the specific promotion terms. Players should review their Account balance composition in the Account dashboard before requesting a withdrawal.
5.6 ggg88's Right to Modify Promotions. ggg88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including to correct errors in promotion terms or to respond to changes in regulatory requirements. Where a promotion is terminated before a Player has had a reasonable opportunity to fulfill the applicable wagering requirement, ggg88 will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor partially-earned bonus value on a pro-rata basis.
6.1 Player Responsibility. Gambling on the Platform should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. You are solely responsible for monitoring and controlling your gambling behavior. ggg88 strongly encourages all Players to set personal deposit limits, time limits, and loss limits commensurate with their financial situation and entertainment budget.
6.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gambling behavior has become problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the Account dashboard or by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will be removed from all promotional communications. ggg88 will not reverse a self-exclusion before its stated end date except in documented exceptional circumstances.
6.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. All Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits and loss limits from within the Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
6.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. ggg88 employs multiple layers of age verification to prevent underage gambling, including KYC verification and automated identity checks. 7.1 You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:
7.2 Consequences. A breach of any provision of this Section 7 may result in: (a) immediate suspension or permanent termination of the Account; (b) forfeiture of Account balance and any pending winnings; (c) recovery of any funds paid to the Player in error or as a result of prohibited conduct; and (d) referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ggg88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content; (b) collect and use any product listings or descriptions; (c) make any derivative use of the Platform or its content; or (d) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
8.3 The ggg88 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of ggg88. All other trademarks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
9.1 Platform Availability. ggg88 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. ggg88 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggg88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether or not ggg88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where ggg88's liability to you cannot be excluded by law, ggg88's aggregate liability for any direct losses arising from a single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates with third-party payment processors, game studios, and data providers. ggg88 accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9.5 No Warranty. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ggg88's customer support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. ggg88 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five business days.
10.3 Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first contact, either party may elect to refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
10.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in or bring a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against ggg88.
11.1 ggg88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where an Account email address is registered, via email notification, at least seven days before the changes take effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
